A Greenville company built on repeat customers
Curtis Pell worked as a service technician for a large Greenville contractor for eleven years before he and his wife Joy started Overbrook Heating & Air in 2004. Their idea was simple: answer the phone, show up on time and give people a fair price.
Joy still runs the office, and Curtis still takes service calls on busy summer days. Most of their work comes from customers who have called them for years and the neighbors those customers send.
Service you do not have to second-guess
A price before the work
Our technicians quote the repair at your kitchen table. You say yes or no before anything gets done.
Repair first when it makes sense
We do not push new systems on every call. If a repair will keep your unit running well, that is what we recommend.
Technicians you can trust inside
Every technician is background-checked, wears shoe covers and treats your home with respect.
We show up when we say
You get a real arrival window and a text when your technician is on the way.
What happens when you call
Call or book online
Call (864) 555-0127 or send the form. Tell us what the system is doing and how old it is if you know.
Diagnosis
A technician arrives in your window, checks the system and explains what he finds in plain language.
Approve the price
You see the cost before any work begins. No pressure and no surprise charges.
Fix and follow-up
We complete the repair, test the system and follow up a few days later to make sure it is still running right.

Heating and cooling questions
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. If you have no heat in winter or no cooling in summer, call us after hours and we will get someone out as soon as we can. Emergency calls outside business hours have an added fee, which we tell you on the phone.
Should I repair or replace my system?
If your system is under ten years old and the repair is reasonable, repair usually makes sense. If it is older, needs a major part and has had repeated problems, replacement may cost less over time. We will give you the numbers for both.
How often should I change my air filter?
Every one to three months for most homes. Check it monthly during summer and pollen season, and more often if you have pets.
Why is my AC running but not cooling?
Common causes are a dirty filter, a frozen coil, a failed capacitor or low refrigerant. Turn the system off if you see ice on the lines and give us a call.
Do you work on all brands?
Yes. We repair and maintain every major brand of furnace, air conditioner and heat pump.
Do you offer financing on new systems?
Yes, we can walk you through financing options with your quote. There is never pressure to decide that day.
