What happens to form details
When you send an enquiry, your name, email, project description, selected service, and any optional business, city, or tool details are processed by our website on Vercel and sent to info@exovara.ai through SiteGround email. We use these details to respond and discuss your project. Sending does not subscribe you to marketing, book an appointment, or place an order. A downloaded brief is saved on your device.

Describe your needs without including passwords, client records, health information, financial records, or other confidential information.
Cookies, analytics, and payments
This application does not add marketing trackers, advertising cookies, or a payment processor. Vercel and SiteGround process technical information needed to operate and secure their services, which may include IP addresses and request logs. The enquiry endpoint uses temporary request counters to limit abuse. There is no live customer checkout.
Storage and privacy questions
Enquiries are kept in our business email rather than a website customer database. Hosting and email providers may process information outside Canada. We retain correspondence as needed to respond and manage the business relationship and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
