Prices and deliverables
Prices are proposed Canadian-dollar launch prices, excluding applicable taxes and third-party software. A written scope will confirm compatibility, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timing, and total fees before live work begins. “From” prices depend on complexity.
Ownership and review
Customers own their tool accounts and receive workflow documentation. Third-party tools remain subject to their providers’ terms. Customers review AI outputs and authorize consequential actions. AI can make mistakes and does not replace a qualified professional.
Support and changes
Assistant setups include 14 days of setup support; business implementations include 30 days of fixes for agreed deliverables. New workflows, additional users, and material scope changes require a separate quote. Optional monthly care is separate from software fees.
Proposed cancellation approach
For launch planning, unstarted work should be refundable; any amount due for started work should be limited to documented completed milestones under a signed agreement. Monthly care should be cancellable before the next billing period. Final cancellation, refund, liability, and dispute terms must be confirmed before enabling live sales.
