HYPOTHETICAL CASE STUDY / ADVERTISING

Keep campaigns moving without living in spreadsheets.

A local home-services company preparing four campaign updates and a weekly performance report each month.

BEFORE / MANUAL PROCESS$1,440/mo

24 staff hours × $60/hour

AFTER / PROPOSED AI WORKFLOW$829/mo

8 staff hours + software + care

POTENTIAL CAPACITY FREED UP16hours/mo

$611 lower modelled monthly cost

All figures are fictional CAD planning inputs before tax. Monthly cost means the value of staff time plus incremental operating costs. Setup is additional; these are not measured savings or an Exovara service quote.

WHY IT BECOMES A HASSLE

The work behind the work.

The owner repeats the same campaign brief, rewrites ad variations, chases approvals, and copies numbers into reports. The work piles up even before anyone makes a decision about the campaign.

What we are comparing: Campaign preparation and reporting; not a replacement for a media buyer or the advertising budget.

HOW AI CHANGES THE PROCESS

A workflow your team can run.

  1. Capture the offer, audience, and brand rules in one brief.
  2. Generate ad variations and flag claims for review.
  3. Route approved copy to the person managing the campaign.
  4. Turn an agreed performance export into a weekly summary.

HOW EXOVARA WOULD IMPLEMENT IT

Map it. Build it. Test it together.

We start with one campaign type, an approval workspace, and one reporting source. We configure reusable prompts, approval tasks, and report templates, then test them against a previous campaign.

The example budget is $2,500 for a bounded first workflow using up to two supported tools: process mapping, configuration, templates, testing, team training, and 30 days of setup fixes. We confirm compatibility and a fixed scope first. Extra integrations, data cleanup, and broader systems are quoted separately.

Your team stays in control

Your campaign owner approves claims, creative, targeting, budgets, and launches. AI prepares the work and highlights patterns; it does not guarantee leads or sales.

THE NUMBERS, OPENLY EXPLAINED

What the example includes.

Manual work before
24h × $60 = $1,440/mo
Review & exceptions after
8h × $60 = $480/mo
Assumed extra software / usage
$100/mo
Optional Exovara care, included here
$249/mo
Total after implementation
$829/mo
One-time setup assumption
$2,500
First 12 operating months, net of setup
$4,832 modelled benefit

At these assumptions, accumulated capacity value less running costs offsets setup in about 5 operating months. This is not cash payback unless the freed time reduces an actual expense or creates measurable additional value.

Prove the value in your business.

These examples assume stable workload and the review hours shown above. We would measure time, errors, and exceptions before and during a pilot. Software figures are budget placeholders; actual subscriptions and usage depend on your tools. Monthly health check for one workflow, up to 1 hour of minor improvements, and email support within 2 business days. No emergency coverage. Cancel before the next billing period. Larger changes cost extra.

Ad spend, creative production, media buying, and strategic campaign management remain separate and unchanged in this example. Existing tools and professional fees excluded here are excluded from both sides. Ramp-up time is not modelled. If the same staff remain on payroll, the immediate benefit is capacity rather than a smaller payroll bill.
