Use the brochure as a source, then plan the conversation
AI tools can help draft slides from existing material. Turning a brochure into a useful sales presentation also means deciding what the audience needs to understand and what the presenter will explain. Start with a current approved brochure, a particular audience and the next step you want them to take. A short introductory conversation may only need a few clear slides. Ask the provider to show what your chosen tool can do with your actual file and account before agreeing to a larger project.
Make a source-to-slide check before generating the deck
For each point the audience needs, record the brochure section, proposed slide, factual wording or limit that must survive, and person who checks it. Include what the service covers, important exclusions, the process and the enquiry route. Mark questions the brochure does not answer for the owner to resolve. Keep the document version with this check so a later price or scope change can be traced to the slides it affects. The output should follow an agreed story, rather than giving every brochure paragraph its own slide.

Keep a useful limit beside the offer it qualifies
In a fictional brochure, an assessment is quoted after review and ongoing maintenance is excluded. A proposed slide saying all visits and maintenance included contradicts the source. Reject that wording; show the agreed assessment process and scope limits where the audience can see them. Putting the exclusion only in speaker notes leaves the exported slides incomplete for someone reading them alone. This is an original written comparison, not a deck generated or tested in a presentation app. Use your own offer details and reviewer for the real check.
Ask for a file-based demonstration with your own access
Microsoft documents adding a Copilot slide using a reference file, directing it to a particular section, then reviewing and editing the draft. Its current presentation guidance also asks about the audience, deck length and design, and notes that availability depends on the subscription and organization settings. Treat those as specific features to check. Ask the provider to open your approved brochure, demonstrate the supported reference process and produce an editable slide. Confirm the exact file format, storage access and feature entitlement; a demonstration using a different account is not enough.
Current primary guidance supports file-based slide drafting, topic selection and review. It does not promise exact brochure conversion or factual completeness. Microsoft: draft and edit a slide using a reference file

Review the deck as both presenter and recipient
Compare each slide with the source-to-slide check, including images, quantities, claims, service limits and links. Use images the business is permitted to publish and keep illustrations distinct from actual project photographs. Have the presenter rehearse the explanation and note anything they must correct aloud. Then open the copy a recipient will receive, including any PDF export, and check readable text, complete limits and the enquiry destination. Your team should also be able to edit an ordinary service detail and identify which version is approved for sharing.
Buy an updateable presentation with a clear review scope
Ask whether the fee includes the editable deck, approved source material, notes, image permissions, factual review, rehearsal changes and a checked recipient copy. Compare the total preparation and correction time with adapting an existing approved template by hand. Include one-time setup, software or usage fees and the cost of later changes. An occasional presentation may not justify a recurring tool. Time recovered is staff capacity; it does not establish increased sales. Exovara can help shape a focused draft and review process, with the business approving the offer and final slides.
