Make the decision date visible

Create an evidence-backed entry

Store the vendor, service owner, amount, billing interval, renewal date, notice deadline and document link. Add a “needs confirmation” state for missing or conflicting information. Start with a manual register if there are only a handful of subscriptions; integration becomes useful when the upkeep is material.
